These square canisters house cryo canes in the liquid or vapor storage phase. The number of aluminum canes within one canister can depend on the type of cane you are storing. General storage in a standard size SUC-1 canister using a 2.0 ml. cane holds 16 canes with sleeves per canister or 25 canes without sleeves per canister. Again, this amount can vary depending on the cane being used.
Made from lightweight aluminum, SUC-1 Cane Canisters stand 11 ¼” tall. Size options include the standard 2 ½” x 2 ½” opening and a slightly larger 2 5/8” x 2 5/8” opening. Other options include modifying the total number of drain holes (16, 4 or 0) and adding a fixed-welded or riveted-swivel handle.
